At Sanders Engraving Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at sandersengravingco@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll make it right by either replacing the item or offering a full refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There are some cases where we start production within hours of your order so be sure to contact us right away if you need to cancel/modify an order. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
