At Sanders Engraving Co., each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.
Production Time
All of our products are custom-made. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships, Large orders could have a different production time and that should be relayed to you during the quoting process. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), production times may be extended slightly. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Transit times are in addition to production time and vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (U.S.)
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
International Shipping

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us ASAP — we may be able to correct it before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at sandersengravingco@yahoo.com within 2 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or refund.
